The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Sunday filed a case against Yusuf Ali Sardar, the former chief revenue officer of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC), for illegally earning around Tk1.39 crore.
Deputy Director of ACC Syed Nazrul Islam filed the case at the Dhaka Coordinated Office of the commission after investigation.
Muhammad Arif Sadeq, deputy director of ACC Public Relation office, confirmed the matter to UNB.
According to the case, ACC found the Tk30,344,300 belonging to Sardar while his earnings from legal sources should be Tk1.95 crore.
