ACC is interrogating MP Mizan

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has started interrogating MP Mizanur Rahman of Khulna-2 on Monday, in the matter of illegal acquisition of wealth. The interrogation started at 10am. “The MP is being interrogated by ACC Deputy Director Manzur Morshed,” said Assistant Director (Public Relations) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya. Earlier on April 4, Awami League MP Mizanur was asked to come to ACC office, on a letter signed by Manzur Morshed. Mizanur has been accused of illegally obtaining construction works of Khulna City Corporation and other government institutions, which have been constructed by his family members in a substandard manner.
