Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) has decided to ensure security of the SSC examinees across the country during the examinations, Director General of BGB Maj Gen Aziz Ahmed told Dhaka Tribune.
Considering the ongoing political unrest, additional BGB personnel will be kept on patrol during the SSC examinations, he said.
The BGB members will be deployed on the streets near the examination centres, two or three hours before and after the exam time, so that examinees’ can go to sit for the exam and return home safely, he also said.
The BGB DG also called for cooperation from all in the effort to ensure security for the examinees during the exams.
