An autobiographical work by Dr Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury, Bir Bikram will be launched at the conference lounge of National Press Club on Friday at 4pm.
The book titled “Chariot of Life: Liberation War, Politics and Sojourn in Jail,” was published by Shrabon Prokashoni.
Tawfiq-e- Elahi is the energy adviser to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith will be present at the launch as the chief guest. Hayat Saif, Dr Arifa Rahman, Toufique Imrose Khalidi, Syed Ishtiaque Reza and Syed Badrul Ahsan will also speak at the event.
