Two people have sustained burn injuries in boiler explosion of a dying factory in the capital’s Mirpur area.
The victims-Swapan, 24, and Arif, 25, received 95% and 90% burns respectively, said Dhaka Medical College and Hospital police outpost in-charge Muzammel Haque.
He said the boiler blast incident took place at 4am Monday at Active Dying factory in section-7, Mirpur. Swapan and Arif who were on duty in the factory received burn injuries.
Later, they were taken to the Burn Unit of DMCH, he added.
