The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday forecasted that light rain or drizzle is likely to occur at one or two places over Barishal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions over the country.
"Light rain or drizzle is likely to occur at one or two places over Barishal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country", said the 24-hour forecast beginning at 9am on Friday.
A weak westerly low is over West Bengal and nearby areas.
A seasonal low is over the South Bay.
Light to moderate fog may occur over the country during late night to early morning.
Night temperature may fall slightly while day temperatures may remain nearly unchanged across the country.
On Thursday, The country's maximum temperature was recorded at 32°C at Khulna, while the lowest temperature on Friday is 9°C.
In the capital, the sun sets on Friday at 05:53pm and rises on Saturday at 06:32am.
