Eid-ul-Azha on September 2

Eid-ul-Azha, the second biggest religious festival of the Muslims, will be celebrated across the country on September 2. Source in the National Moon Sighting Committee said the moon for Zilhaj month was sighted in the sky of Bangladesh on Wednesday. Saudi Arabia's High Judicial Court announced that, based on confirmed sightings of the new moon crescent on Tuesday, the first day of Eid al-Azha 1438 will be Friday, September 1. Eid-ul-Azha is celebrated on the 10th of Zilhaj of the Hizri calendar.
