Despite the heavy rush of passengers ahead of Eid, the situation at the capital’s Mohakhali Bus Terminal remained smooth on Wednesday.
Although some buses departing 30 minutes to an hour behind schedule, most services are said to depart for their destinations on time. Passenger complaints are also comparatively low.
Talking to several passengers, it was learned that tickets are being sold within the government-fixed fares, with no allegations of overcharging being reported.
