Kazi Anwar Hossain officially assumed office as Secretary of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division on Sunday, according to a press release from the ICT Division.
He was appointed through a notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on March 25, 2026.
After taking charge, Kazi Anwar Hossain pledged to make the division’s operations more dynamic, modern, and citizen-focused.
A seasoned administrator with extensive experience, he also called for the cooperation of all stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of his new responsibilities.
