Tamim did not go for disguise

Till he was killed on Saturday morning he had the same French-cut beard and short hair as seen in the photos published in the media. Earlier, police had released a set of photos showing possible disguises Tamim might go for. However, after the joint drive of counter terrorism unit and police in Narayanganj, photos of dead Tamim showed that he did not go for any disguises. He was wearing a pair of denim pants and a black T-shirt when the raid was launched. Tamim along with his two associates have been killed in Hit Strong-27 operation in Paikpara area of Narayanganj. Inspector General of Police Shahidul Haque after visiting the scene told journalists that three militants had been killed in the drive and that one of the dead resembled with Tamim’s photo that law enforcers had. Mentionable, police had earlier declared Tk20 lakh reward for information on Tamim’s whereabouts.
