United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Scholastica, one of Bangladesh’s leading educational institutions, to offer enhanced educational opportunities for the children of UCB employees.
The MoU signing ceremony took place on Thursday at UCB’s Head Office. The agreement was signed by Syed Hasnain Mamun, chief human resources officer of UCB, and Madiha Murshed, managing director of Scholastica, representing their respective organizations.
Also present at the event were UCB Additional Managing Director Adnan Masud, Chief Communication Officer Zeeshan Kingshuk Haq, and Scholastica Director of Business Development & Strategic Planning Amer Ahmed, along with other senior officials from both institutions.
Officials from UCB and Scholastica described the partnership as a timely and meaningful initiative aimed at strengthening education and human capital development. They expressed optimism that the collaboration would grow further through future joint initiatives.
