Bangladesh Bank on Monday officially presented six newly redesigned banknotes to Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus.
Governor Ahsan H Mansur handed over the photos of the new currency notes to the chief adviser following a meeting of the Advisory Council at the Chief Adviser’s Office in Tejgaon.
Several key members of the Advisory Council were present at the event, including Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed, Law Adviser Dr Asif Nazrul, Chittagong Hill Tracts Adviser Supradeep Chakma, and Local Government Adviser Asif Mahmud.
