Update : 26 Mar 2025, 08:31 PM

As Eid approaches, trains are witnessing a significant increase in passenger numbers, with many travellers heading home to celebrate with their families.

Earlier, Eid train journeys began with online ticketing on Monday.

Saidul Islam, assistant of Kamalapur Railway Station, said passenger traffic on Wednesday was slightly higher than in the past two days.

This marks the third day of Eid train services. While the number of passengers has increased, no disruptions have been reported at the station.

Only the Titash commuter train was delayed by 45 minutes due to its late arrival at the station.
