The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday forecasted that rain is likely to occur at one or two places in eight divisions for 24 hours from Friday morning.
"Rain or thundershowers or lightning flashes accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur in one or two places in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions with hails in isolated places," according to the forecast.
Day temperature may fall by 1 to 2°C and night temperature may fall slightly across the country.
The highest temperature on Thursday was 35°C, in Rangamati, and Friday's lowest temperature, 17°C, was recorded in Tetulia upazila, Panchagarh.
