The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain or thundershowers in parts of Rangpur and Sylhet divisions in 24 hours till 9am on Saturday.
According to the BMD's weather bulletin, rain or thundershowers are likely at one or two places in these divisions, while the rest of the country is expected to experience mainly dry weather with a partly cloudy sky.
Light to moderate fog may develop late at night and persist until early morning in some areas.
Night and day temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country.
On Thursday, the highest temperature was recorded at 34°C in Sitakunda and Ambagan (Chittagong division), while the lowest temperature of 14.2°C was recorded in Tetulia (Rangpur division).
