Inqilab Mancha has begun a march toward State Guest House Jamuna, the residence of Chief Adviser Dr Mohammad Yunus, to press for three demands, including ensuring the safety of all revolutionaries involved in the July uprising.
The march commenced at 12:30pm on Sunday after a brief rally in front of the National Museum in Shahbagh.
During the rally, the speakers called on all political parties to address the security of revolutionaries, warning that the movement would not sustain without guaranteed safety for its participants.
The three demands outlined by Inqilab Mancha are – cancellation of Awami League's registration, arrest of all Awami League committee members at every level to prevent the assassination of revolutionaries, and assurance of safety for all July Revolution fighters, including students from private universities.
