The Election Commission (EC) has advised individuals to apply for corrections if there are any inaccuracies in their National Identity Card (NID) information.
Applications for correction must be submitted to the relevant upazila or thana Election Office before January 2.
This was announced in a press release signed by Shariful Alam, director (Public Relations) of the Election Commission Secretariat, on Sunday.
The release also stated that the draft voter list will be published on January 2.
