Md Bin Yamin Mollah, president of Bangladesh Chhatra Odhikar Parishad, has called for an official apology from India following an attack on the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala, Tripura.

On Monday evening, the organization held a protest march at Dhaka University, starting from Madhur Canteen, passing through Mohsin Hall, and concluding with a rally at the Raju Memorial Sculpture, chanting different slogans.

During the protest, Md Bin Yamin Mollah said: "The extremist Hindutva-driven BJP government has committed a despicable act, violating international norms under the Vienna Convention, which strictly prohibits unauthorized entry into embassies, let alone attacks."

Addressing the Indian people, he said: "How do you view this incident? If this act is endorsed by the Indian populace, we will respond accordingly."

He further emphasized that Bangladesh will never succumb to Indian pressure.

Urging the Indian government to reflect on its internal unity, he said: "Due to your discriminatory practices, many within India are fighting for independence. Here in Bangladesh, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, and Muslims stand united. Any attempt to breach our sovereignty will lead to severe consequences for India."
