Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Moday forecasted that weather may remain dry over the country for the next 24 hours commencing from the morning.
"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country", said a Met office release.
Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to North Bay. Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Moderate to thick fog may occur over northern part and light to moderate fog may occur at places elsewhere over the country during late night till early morning.
Country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 32°C jointly at Cox's Bazar and Sitakunda and lowest temperature was recorded 14.2°C at Chuadanga.
The sun sets at 5:11pm on Monday, and rises at 6:16am on Tuesday in the capital.
