A delegation of businessmen met with the Chief Advisor of the interim government, Dr Muhammad Yunus, and requested necessary measures to ensure the safety of industrial establishments.
Led by Mahbubur Rahman, president of the International Chamber of Commerce, a six-member delegation of businessmen met with the chief adviser, drawing his attention to incidents of fires and vandalism at various industrial establishments.
Speaking to journalists after the meeting at the State Guest House Jamuna on Tuesday, Mahbubur Rahman shared the details.
During the meeting, the businessmen also requested that necessary steps be taken to ensure the safety of industrial establishments. The chief adviser assured them that the government would take the required measures in this regard.
