The interim government's chief adviser, Dr Muhammad Yunus, is meeting with women leaders from various sectors of Bangladesh.
The meeting began at 11:30am on Tuesday at the chief adviser's official residence, State Guest House Jamuna.
Seventeen women representatives from various sectors are participating in the meeting.
Since assuming his role, Dr Muhammad Yunus has consistently met with representatives from different sectors.
Tuesday's meeting with female representatives is part of these ongoing discussions.
