At least six people, including Eden College Samajtantrik Chhatra Front unit President Shahinur Sumi, were injured in an alleged attack by the college’s Chhatra League unit activists.
The others injured include Saima, Tamanna, Fahmida, Sanjida, and Mim.
Inspector Bachchu Mia, in-charge of the DMCH police outpost, confirmed the matter said: “Sumi is undergoing treatment at the DMCH emergency department.”

Samajtantrik Chhatra Font General Secretary Rafiquzzaman Farid said: "There was a program at the Raju Memorial Sculpture on the Dhaka University campus as part of the quota reform movement. When some students from Eden College came to the DU campus, 20-30 Chhatra League activists attacked them."
