Outgoing Information and Broadcasting Minister and new Foreign Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud on Thursday said the newly formed cabinet after the 12th national parliamentary election is fantastic.
Before taking oath in Bangabhaban on Thursday evening, he said: “It is obviously a fantastic cabinet. The prudent prime minister has constituted the cabinet wisely. It is really a very good cabinet.”
He said: “I have discharged my responsibility given by the prime minister with utmost sincerity and honesty. She gave me the responsibility of the information ministry last time and I have discharged my responsibility with sincerity. And now whatever ministry will be given, I will perform with devotion and all efforts.”
