Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) has fixed the price of jet fuel for domestic destinations at Tk99 per litre.
The latest price of the fuel was Tk107 per litre in April, which has reduced by Tk8 at present.
BPC updated the jet fuel price on Wednesday.
The move came at a time when the international price of jet fuel is $0.73 per litre.
According to the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC), the price of jet fuel per litre underwent several changes in recent months. In September of last year, it stood at Tk125, but in October, it rose by Tk5 to Tk130. However, in November, it decreased by Tk5, bringing it down to Tk125. Subsequently, in December, there was a further reduction to Tk121, and in January, it decreased once more to Tk112.
