Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has called on the students of the country to hate corruption if they want to follow the ideology of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Speaking at a program in Faridpur Thursday, he said that one must hate those who serve and sell adulterated food items, who create communalism and carry out militancy if they love Bangabandhu.
At the award ceremony held at the Sheikh Jamal Stadium in the city, Quader said that the March 7 speech of Bangabandhu had inspired the entire nation. He said that the Father of the Nation will remain alive as long as the sun rises in Bengal.
Shahadab Akbar Labu, member of parliament from Faridpur-2 constituency, was present at the event as the special guest.
