Rakib Sarkar, owner of Soniraj Car Palace and husband of Dhallywood actor Mahiya Mahi, has returned home after performing Umrah.
Rakib landed at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 10:15am on Sunday with the arrest warrant for two cases.
Gazipur Metropolitan Police (GMP) and businessman Ismail Hossain had filed two separate cases against him under the Digital Security Act and forcible land grabbing.
Rakib Sarkar said in the afternoon: “I will deal with the false cases legally. Truth will prevail. I have not committed any crime.”
His wife welcomed him after landing at the airport. Later, from there he went to his residence in Dhaka.
