Nights will get warmer, predicts met office

Lowest temperature recorded at 10.7 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal

Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged across Bangladesh, the met office has forecast.

The weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy skies over the country, with chances of light rain/drizzle at one or two places in Rangpur and Sylhet divisions, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) said on Wednesday morning.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the river basins and adjoining areas, and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere from midnight till morning, reads the BMD bulletin.

The lowest temperature in the country on Wednesday was recorded at 10.7 degrees Celsius in Sreemangal, while the highest temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 31.4 degrees Celsius in Mongla.
