The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has announced that it will no longer require air passengers coming to Bangladesh to fill in health declaration forms online.
The aviation regulatory body in a circular on Sunday said it had done so according to the health directorate's directive to scrap the requirement.
Travellers can now enter Bangladesh without showing their health declaration forms at immigration.
However, other health advisories will remain in effect.
CAAB in late April made filling in health declaration forms mandatory for air passengers entering Bangladesh, in order to curb the spread of Covid-19.
