Sayeman Beach Resort, a renowned hotel in Cox’s Bazar, has won awards in three categories at the South Asian Travel Awards.
Its managing director, Mahboob Rahman Ruhel, and director of sales, Darius Rahman, accepted the awards in the leading surf, family, and beach resort categories at the event recently held in the Maldives.
Mahbub Rahman Ruhel attributed the resort’s success to the hard work of its dedicated staff under the leadership of General Manager Pubudu Fernando, before thanking its guests.
“Sayeman started its journey as the first private hotel in Cox's Bazar in 1964, ushering in a new era in the tourism industry,” Darius Rahman said.
He said he was optimistic that the country's tourism industry will flourish in the future and that everyone would recognize Bangladesh as a tourist-friendly destination.
