Gold prices have gone down by Tk933 per bhori, the second time in three days.
Bangladesh Jewelers Samity (Bajus) announced the new prices in a media statement on Sunday.
According to the new prices, each bhori of 22-carat gold will retail for Tk82,387 which was Tk83,280 till Sunday.
Bajus determined the new prices as the prices of pure gold dipped in the local market.
On Wednesday, new gold prices were reduced by Tk1,285.
Meanwhile, under the new prices, 21-carat gold will cost Tk78,615, 18-carat 67,417 and traditional gold Tk55,870 per bhori.
However, price of silver will remain the same, with 22-carat silver selling for 1,516, 21-carat for Tk1,435, 18-carat silver for Tk1,225 and traditional silver for Tk933.
