Another Bangladeshi pilgrim has died in Saudi Arabia this year during the Hajj, bringing the total number of deaths to 20.
According to the Religious Affairs Ministry, Farzeen Sultana, 40, died on Saturday in Madinah, two days after completing the annual trip, reports bdnews24.
As many as 20 Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims, including six women, died in Saudi Arabia from June 11 to July 14 this year.
A total of 4,332 pilgrims have returned from the Gulf kingdom so far.

On the evening of July 7, the first post-pandemic Hajj began. This year, 60,146 Bangladeshis travelled to conduct the sacred ceremony.
Return flights from Saudi Arabia began on Saturday and will continue till August 4.
This year, around 60,256 Bangladeshis performed Hajj, a once-in-a-lifetime duty for all Muslims physically and financially able to make the journey.
