One-minute symbolic "Blackout" will be observed across the country from 9pm to 9:01pm on March 25, the day of the genocide.
No lighting will be allowed at all the government, semi-government, autonomous organizations and private buildings and installations on the night of March 25, said an official handout.
However, key point installations (KPIs) and emergency installations will be exempted from the blackout program, said the handout.
The government and non-governmental organizations and general people have been requested to support the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs to implement the blackout program successfully.
