US-Bangla Airlines has announced operating 32 daily flights on domestic routes with different schedules due to differences in demand during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The minimum fare for a one-way trip with all types of taxes and surcharges on each route has been fixed at Tk2,500,” said a press release on Wednesday.
US-Bangla Airlines operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet, Jessore, and Saidpur after lifting state restrictions on short-haul domestic routes.
Flights are being operated from Dhaka to Chittagong at 7am, 11:30am, 3:15pm, 7pm, and 8:30pm. It is leaving Chittagong for Dhaka at 8:25am, 12:55pm, 4:40pm, 8:25pm, and 9:55pm.
Flights operated from Dhaka to Jessore leave at 9:15am, 1:45pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm, and 6:15pm. It is leaving Jessore for Dhaka at 10:30am, 3:00pm, 3:45 pm, 5:15pm, and 7:30pm.
Flights operated from Dhaka to Saidpur leave at 8:30am, 10am, 1 pm, and 5.30pm. The flights leave Saidpur for Dhaka at 10am, 11:30am, 2:30pm and 7 pm.
Flights operated from Dhaka to Sylhet are at 9:15am and 4pm. The flights leave Sylhet for Dhaka at 10:35am and 5:20pm.
Mentioning that at present, US-Bangla operates 5 daily flights from Dhaka to Chittagong, 5 to Jessore, 4 to Saidpur and 2 to Sylhet with Brand New ATR 72-600 aircraft.
At present, the US-Bangla fleet has a total of 13 aircraft, with four Boeing 737-800, six ATR 72-600, and three DASH 8-Q400 aircraft.
The airlines also expect to operate flights from Dhaka to Rajshahi, Barisal, and Cox's Bazar soon.
The international route also operates a weekly flight from Dhaka to Guangzhou. US-Bangla cargo flights and special flights continue to operate, the release said.
