The three-member tribunal bench headed by Justice Anwarul Haq fixed the date on Sunday.On June 19, the ICT kept pending its verdict for any day.The eight accused are Advocate Shamsul Alam alias Badar Bhai, former ameer of Jamalpur district unit Jamaat-e-Islami, Prof Sharif Ahmed alias Sharif Hossain, SM Yusuf Ali, Ashraf Hossain, Abdul Bari, Abdul Hannan, Harun and Abul Hashem.Advocate Shamsul Alam and Yusuf Ali are now in custody while the others are fugitives.
