Shujan: NCC polls fair, impartial

He came up with the statement at a press briefing in Narayanganj press club in the afternoon. There are 37 persons including mayor, who were elected in the polls. Of them, 29 did not pass SSC, 35 accused in several cases and 26 are businessmen. Mayor Selina Hayat Ivy is a physician. Only three ward councillors have bachelor degree.
