An investigation committee has been formed into the incident of giving an eighth-grader four Covid vaccines at a time at Madan Upazila Health Complex in Netrakona.
District Civil Surgeon Md Selim Mia formed the three-member committee on Sunday afternoon, reports Bangla Tribune.
Dr Abhijit Loh of Sadar Hospital in Netrokona is the head of the committee while medical officer Uttam Kumar Pal and EPI caretaker Mojibur Rahman will be there as members.

Meanwhile, although the physical condition of the student has improved, her family members are still panicking.
Her mother said: "She is doing fine. However, I am worried about whether any problem will occur later.”
She also said that she would lodge a written complaint with the higher authorities against the accused seeking justice in this case.

Civil Surgeon Selim Mia claimed that there was no chance of giving four doses of vaccine to one person in a row.
Necessary steps would be taken after receiving the investigation report, he added.
