The schedule for the oral examinations of the technical and professional cadre positions for candidates who have provisionally passed the written exam of the 44th BCS has been announced.
According to a notice issued by the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Tuesday, the oral examinations are set to begin on December 22.
Previously, the oral examinations for the 44th BCS were ongoing until August 5.
A total of 11,732 candidates passed the written exam, of whom oral examinations were conducted for 3,930 candidates.
However, these oral examinations were suspended on August 25 due to subsequent circumstances.
Recently, after the formation of a new commission, it was decided, in the interest of greater transparency, to cancel the previously conducted oral examinations for the 3,930 candidates.
Now, the oral examinations for all 11,732 candidates who passed the written exam will be conducted afresh.
The published notice is available on the commission's website (www.bpsc.gov.bd) or the Teletalk website (http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd).
