Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) has commenced its admission fair for the Fall 2023 semester.
The fair will run from September 24 to October 6, 2023, says a press release issued on Sunday.
Admission is ongoing on the campus on Pragati Sarani in the capital.
During this fair, admission fee for regular students is Tk4,000. For diploma holders, it is Tk3,000 whereas for students of MBA, EMBA and Masters in Maritime Transportation and Logistics (MTL) admission fee is Tk6,000.
The 12-day fair will continue until October 6, and special discounts will be available for enrolling students.
Students enrolling in any program will receive a minimum 40% tuition fee waiver. Moreover, a "Group Waiver" of an additional 5% discount on tuition fees will be granted when three or more students enrol together.
Scholarships of up to 100% tuition fee waiver based on SSC and HSC results are also available, with students achieving a GPA of 5 in SSC and HSC combined (excluding the fourth subject) being eligible for a full tuition fee waiver.
CUB offers undergraduate programs including BBA, EEE, CSE, English, LLB, Media Communication & Journalism, and Shipping and Maritime Science. At the postgraduate level, there are programs in Maritime Transportation and Logistics, MBA, and Executive MBA.
For the first time, students can major in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics under the MBA program and specialize in Digital Marketing as well.
