A mobile court has sentenced a man to 15-days of imprisonment for bringing a mobile phone inside the examination hall for a job recruitment test by the Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh (CAAB).
Executive Magistrate Md Azizur Rahman passed the order and seized the mobile phone on Saturday, says a press release.
Accused SM Salauddin, from Bilbakri village of Pabna, participated in the exam for the post of accounting assistant.
According to the release, Salauddin entered the examination centre with a mobile phone and took pictures of the question papers and the answer sheets of the surrounding examinees.
In addition, Salauddin sent a picture of the question paper to one Md Sanman via Whatsapp when the on-duty invigilator caught him redhanded.
