The film features Ranveer Singh reprising his role as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who appears in dual identities as Jaskirat and Hamza. The narrative centers on themes of revenge, loyalty and covert operations set against a geopolitical backdrop.
R Madhavan plays Ajay Sanyal, a strategist guiding the larger mission, while Arjun Rampal portrays ISI Major Iqbal. Sanjay Dutt appears as SP Chaudhary Aslam.
