Google has tied up with numerous head hunting firms and websites like TimesJobs, Shine.cCom, LinkedIn among others. The idea is simple just use the search bar to find jobs in a faster and efficient manner.

Interestingly, in order to reach out employers and employees, Google has also released open documentation, which will assist organizations big or small to make their job openings discoverable.

In a press statement issued, the company said that it “uses open structured schema.org web markup standards that Google supports.”

Further, users can narrow down results using smart filters, save listings, share them, and sign up for alerts. The Jobs feature is available on the Search app on Android and iOS, and in Google Search on the desktop and mobile.
