Chataporn Sriphonla, a Thai woman aged 49, was wrongfully declared dead on June 29.
In a shocking turn of events, she abruptly woke up on the ride to her funeral, severely surprising her grieving family, who had finished making all arrangements in the Udon Thani province in Thailand.
Chataporn's family had prepared a casket after the doctors treating the woman's cancer confirmed her departure. The family wanted Chataporn to spend her last moments alongside her loved ones when informed that her chances of survival were small.
Nevertheless, on the way to the body-storage facility, Chataporn stuns the passengers by regaining consciousness and respiring normally. Following this miracle, the once-dead woman was rushed back to the hospital where doctors have kept her under close observation.
The superstitious family of Chataporn strongly believes that she returned just to see her children one last time before her inevitable demise.
