The men’s qualifying round of the Jabbar Memorial Tennis started at the Engineers Recreation Center yesterday. Zain Omar, Shafikul Islam Rumman, Zakir Hossain, Zamir Bashar, Abdul Awal, Channu Lal, Kawsar Ali and Niranjan Ram won their respective matches to cruise through to the final round.
The main draw of the men’s and women’s section starts today.
