Bangladesh tennis team defeated Tajikistan in the Davis Cup 2024 - Asia/Oceania G5 in Bahrain Friday.
Earlier, they scripted a hard-fought win over Yemen the previous day.
The 3-0 win over Tajikistan was a comfortable one as Hanif Munna and Abrar Zarif won their singles by 6-4, 6-3 and 6-2, 6-0 respectively while Din Islam and Rustom Ali pair thrashed the opposition in mixed doubles 6-0, 6-0.
Bangladesh team will conclude their campaign against Guam Saturday.
