Dhaka Tribune’s Fazley Rabbi Moon won the shooting event with a perfect score in the Walton-BSJA Sports Carnival in the capital Monday.
Moon registered maximum 24 points (8-8-8) to emerge as the champion while freelancer Mahbub Alam Khan with 21 points (8-7-6) and Dainik Ajker Patrika’s Shamsher Ali Nazim with 20 points (8-6-6) finished second and third respectively.
Independent TV’s Mazharul Islam Mithun won the archery event after scoring 21 points (9-8-7) while Channel i Online’s Sazzad Khan with 20 points (9-8-3) and Jugantor’s Jotirmoy Mondal with 16 points (10-6-0) ended second and third respectively.
Maksuda Lisa and Farida Bakteyara won the women’s carrom doubles as Samina Roshni and Himu Akter finished as the runners-up.
