Mohammad Fahad Rahman of Bangladesh beat Muhammed Faqih B Aminuddin of Malaysia in the sixth round of the 14th ASEAN + Age Group Chess Championships at Chiang Mai, Thailand, yesterday. At the end of the round Fahad earned five points to share the lead with two other players. Earlier, in the fifth round, Fahad drew with Ngo Duc Tri of Vietnam on Monday evening.
