Quantum Foundation emerged as the champion in the National Kho Kho Championship, while Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party and Chittagong finished second and third respectively.
In a closely-fought final Saturday at Paltan Maidan, Quantum edged Ansar 13-12.
Bangladesh Kho Kho Federation president Shah Mohammad Kamal was present during the occasion as the chief guest and distributed the prizes.
Kho kho federation general secretary Mohammad Fazlur Rahman Babul was also present among others.
Besides the three teams, Feni, Chadpur, Bagerhat, Nilphamari, Dinajpur and Thakurgaon also participated in the tournament.
