Fifa has acknowleged the 3.5 km long German flag, made by the Bangladeshi farmer Amzad Hossain.
Fifa’s official site has posted the image of that huge flag along with the victorious moments and the celebration of German football team .
Earlier, German Charge d’ Affaires Dr Ferdinand von Weyhe also visited Amzad at Magura and honoured him with the Lifetime memebership of German football team fan club.
Amzad Hossain was given a reception by the German envoy at Magura Ashaduzzman stadium on Saturday.
He was also gifted one Fifa worldcup official match ball (Brazuca) made by German company Adidas and one jersey of the German football team.
Amzad was also given lifetime membership of Germany football team fan club.
