The Ruchi School Champions Trophy comprising 16 schools of the capital will start at the Army Museum ground from Sunday next.
The participating schools include Mastermind, Mohammadpur Government Boys’ School, Oxford International School, Hurdco International School, Motijheel T&T High School, Motijheel Model High School, Maple Leaf International School, Summerfield International School, New School Dhaka, BAF SEMS, Mirpur High School, Dhanmondi Government Boys’ School, Rajdhani High School, St. Joseph School, Mohakhali Model School and London Grace High School.
Teams will be split into four groups with the top team from each group moving into the semis. Amer Khan, the CEO of Root Marketing Services presented the meet to the press in a press conference held at the Dhaka Reporters Unity yesterday. Abu Tayeb Siddiki, the DGM, Square Consumer Products, national team’s football coaches Lodewijk de Kruif and Rene Koster were present among others on the occasion.
