After losing to East Bengal in the AFC Women's Champions League, Rajshahi Stars FC is ready to bounce back against hosts Sabah FA.
The Bangladesh club will take the field against Sabah FA at 8pm local time (6pm Bangladesh Time) on Thursday at Likas Stadium in Malaysia. Rajshahi Stars have completed last-minute preparations the day before the match.
The team wants to improve on the mistakes made in the match against East Bengal and perform better in the next match. Head coach Golam Rabbani Choton said that they want to make a comeback against Sabah FA by using the experience from the previous match.
Midfielder Maria Manda also said that the team's goal is to analyze their mistakes, correct them and present good football in the next match.
Rajshahi Stars will face hosts Sabah FA in their second match of the AFC Women's Champions League preliminary stage. The team is determined to put the disappointment of the first match behind them and give their best in the new match.
